English course
The Zen tradition originated in China about 1500 years ago based on older Buddhism from India. It has developed in Japan over the last 800 years and came to the West during the last century. Zen literally means concentration. Zen meditation is a technique to improve your mental
condition. Through regular meditation you train your ability to concentrate and focus. This promotes inner peace, relaxation, better sleep, and more creative thinking. Zen is a practical down to earth way to help you integrate your growing insights into your life. The aim is to
be able to think what you want to think, to feel what you want to feel, so that you can do what you wish to do.
Beginners classes
A class will start on January 26th. No prior knowledge or experience with meditation is required to follow
these classes. The classes will provide everything that you will need to start practising meditation. It will
also support you in establishing a regular practice.
Advanced group
We are also contemplating to start an English language advanced group, which would meet every 4 weeks, also on Thursday evenings at 17:45, alternating with the introduction course, open to all with Zen meditation experience.
Please indicate your interest in the form below so we keep you posted.
