In this six-session online course, you will learn zen meditation as a practical method for training attention, strengthening mental clarity and developing a stable presence in daily life. The course has an interactive set-up. Participants begin practicing from the first session and gradually build a sustainable meditation rhythm that fits professional and private life.

1st Session What is Zen?

What makes zen meditation distinctive? You learn about posture, breathing and the role of attention. We clarify common misconceptions and establish a simple and effective meditation structure.

2nd Session Training Attention

Distraction is natural. Training attention is possible. You learn how concentration works and how to stabilize the mind without force. Practical tools for dealing with restless thinking.

3rd Session Thoughts and Emotions

Thoughts shape perception. You discover how interpretation influences experience and interaction. Meditation creates an open mind.

4th Session Clearer Choices

Awareness of your needs and goals makes decision making easier. Meditation creates space for clearer choices in work and relationships.

5th Session Beginners' Mind

Fixed assumptions limit perception. We explore how to cultivate openness, flexibility and alertness. Strengthening connection with the world around you.

6th Session Zen in Daily Life

Meditation only becomes meaningful when integrated in your daily life. You formulate concrete steps to maintain practice and apply zen awareness in your professional and personal context.
